CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

Jakeman Roofing was highly recommended to me. I spoke to Luke where he came around, had a look with his drone and quickly identified the leaking problem on my roof.
I found Luke very easy to talk to, professional and honest in his approach. Luke and his team did a great job with the solution they recommended.
On the whole, I am happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend him.
From the start the team at Jakeman were incredibly professional. They understood my requirements and my concerns, including budget. I needed them to replace the flat roof of my extension.
Once the work was agreed, the team came promptly and completed the work over two days. They explained the steps they were taking to ensure I was happy with their progress.
We had Luke, Jacob and the team fix our roof leak, which had been an on-and-off issue for the past four years. When Jacob came to inspect the roof and provide a quote, he explained everything clearly and professionally, giving us confidence in the work that needed to be done.
The team was professional, efficient, reliable, and left everything clean and tidy when they finished. It’s been a great experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing company!
We were very pleased with the work carried out. The chimney stack was repaired properly the first time around, and the results have been excellent with no further issues since. On the second visit, the team cleaned the gutters thoroughly and completed the job efficiently. Both tasks were handled professionally, on time, and with care. We would be happy to recommend their services to others.
From the outset, Luke Jakeman stood out for his professional and innovative approach. While other companies provided quotes that included additional costs for scaffolding, Luke instead used a drone to assess the problem. He took detailed photos of the roof and followed up with a clear and very reasonable quote, which we were happy to accept.
Luke arrived as scheduled with two colleagues and carried out the repairs efficiently and without any fuss. The work was completed to a high standard, and we are extremely satisfied with the results. We would highly recommend Jakeman Roofing Services.
